A while back Carm called Fantastic Fan to find out what to do about the increasing noise that our 8 year old fan is making. We had tried making sure everything was clean, tried to oil it but there was no where to do so. It was getting increasingly noisy, which isn’t great because it is over the bed in our camper, and of course we mostly run it at night.
The company didn’t have any easy fixes other than replacing the motor. So… they sent us one gratis. We only had to pay the shipping. (seriously!)
It arrived by UPS this afternoon and was installed and working within a half hour. Easy peasy and quiet!
So kudos to Fantastic Fan for customer service beyond expectations!
