Today we had the first outside person in 59 days enter our house. It felt like living on the wild side and a little dangerous. Andy the plumber seemed like a safe risk though and we really needed those kitchen faucets installed as one (the one without a shut-off valve) seemed like it was on the verge of total breakdown.
We were all pretty careful to keep our distance, but honestly we weren't perfect. It’s so hard to remember all the time as we have no practice living like this. We’ll get better as time goes on. We all felt that the risk was low.
It was a glorious day today! Not super hot but a perfect temperature for going outside in a sweatshirt. After supper we set out our new chairs on the laneway and watched the dogs snuffle around.
