This spring has been cold… sure we had a few warm days in the teens, but most days have been cold, and nights even colder. Last night it dipped to -4C - no windows open overnight and Kabira was bundled into her outfit/pajamas. The sun has been shining though which makes it all bearable.
Despite the cold, plants are poking their tips out of the soil and looking towards the sun. In fact, today there were dandelions blooming in a few sheltered spots. We don't normally see their sunny faces until Mother's Day. I went outside, in a heavy jacket, to take a photo of the bright blooms.
I think a bit of my head fog is lifting, well… maybe.
“Of course there must be lots of Magic in the world," he said wisely one day, "but people don't know what it is like or how to make it. Perhaps the beginning is just to say nice things are going to happen until you make them happen. I am going to try and experiment.”
~Frances Hodgson Burnett
